Ingredients

 Glutinous rice2 Tablespoon
 Pork180 Gram, minced
 Sesame oil1 1/2 Teaspoon
 Water chestnuts8 , chopped
 Dried shrimps2 Teaspoon, chopped
 Ginger1/2 Teaspoon, grated
 Onion1 Teaspoon, chopped
 Cornflour3 Teaspoon
 1/2 carrot, shredded, and parsley for garnish
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Rinse the rice until the water is clear.
Cover with fresh cold water and soak for 1 hour; drain well.
Beat the pork vigorously with the sesame oil, salt and pepper for 5 minutes.
Add the water chestnuts, shrimps, ginger and cornflour to the pork and mix well.
Divide into twelve and form each portion into a firm ball.
Roll in the rice until well coated.
Place on a plate allowing 1 cm (1/2 in) between each ball, and steam for 30 minutes over a high heat.
Serve garnished with carrot and parsley.
