Ingredients
8 or 9 inch pie crust, frozen or homemade
Filling
6 large, fresh Anjou pears
1/3 cup sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 cup red wine
Directions
Line an 8 or 9 inch glass pie plate with pie crust.
Flute edge; prick bottom and sides of crust with fork.'Cook on "roast" setting for 7 minutes.
Meanwhile cut pears in half, peel and remove cores.
In a glass bowl, add pears, sugar, cinnamon, and wine.
Cover bowl with a plate and cook on highest setting for 6 minutes.
