Pear-Peach Jam Recipe
Ingredients
| Pears | 1 1⁄2 Pound | |
| Peaches | 1 1⁄2 Pound | |
| Sugar | 4 1⁄2 Cup (72 tbs) | |
| Powdered fruit pectin | 1 |
Directions
Pare, core and finely chop pears; pare, pit and finely chop peaches.
Combine pears and peaches in kettle; bring to a rolling boil, stirring constantly.
Boil for 1 minute.
Add sugar; boil for 1 minute longer, stirring until sugar is dissolved.
Stir in pectin.
Remove from heat; skim.
Seal with hot paraffin.
