Pear Mincemeat Crumble Recipe
Ingredients
| Pears | 4 Cup (16 tbs), peeled | |
| Mincemeat | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| All purpose flour | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Packed brown sugar | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Rolled oats | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Butter | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Slivered almonds | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced |
Directions
In 9 inch (2.5 L) square baking dish, combine pears, mincemeat and lemon juice.
In bowl, stir together flour, sugar and rolled oats; cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Stir in almonds.
Sprinkle evenly over pear mixture.
Bake in 375°F (190°C) oven for 45 minutes or until pears are tender.
