Pear Mincemeat Crumble Recipe
Ingredients
4 cups sliced peeled pears 1 L
1-1/2 cups mincemeat 375 mL
2 tbsp lemon juice 25 mL
1/2 cup all purpose flour 125 mL
1/3 cup packed brown sugar 75 mL
1/3 cup rolled oats 75 mL
1/3 cup butter 75 mL
1/2 cup slivered or sliced almonds 125 mL
Directions
In 9 inch (2.5 L) square baking dish, combine pears, mincemeat and lemon juice.
In bowl, stir together flour, sugar and rolled oats; cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Stir in almonds.
Sprinkle evenly over pear mixture.
Bake in 375°F (190°C) oven for 45 minutes or until pears are tender.
