Pear Mincemeat Recipe

| Orange | 1 | |
| Lemon | 1 | |
| Sugar | 3 Pound | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Raisins | 2 Pound | |
| Vinegar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Allspice | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Cloves | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Cinnamon | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Canned crushed pineapple | 2 1⁄2 Pound |
Directions
Peel and core pears and apple; peel and section orange and lemon.
Grind pears, apple, orange and lemon; combine with sugar, salt, raisins, vinegar, spices and pineapple.
Blend thoroughly.
Simmer, stirring occasionally, for 2 hours or until thickened.
Pour into hot sterilized jars; seal.
