| Cucumber | 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), diced | |
| Salt | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Diced canned pears | 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) |

Directions
Add pear juice and water and vinegar.
Chill until slightly thickened.
Season cucumber with salt; add pears.
Fold into gelatin.
Turn into ring mold.
Chill until firm.
Unmold.
Garnish with sliced cucumber and crisp lettuce.
Fill center with cottage cheese.
