Pear Chutney Recipe
Ingredients
| Pears | 6 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Raisins | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onion – 1, chopped | ||
| Celery - 4 stalks, chopped | ||
| Salt | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Packed brown sugar | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Turmeric | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Vinegar | 1 Quart | |
Directions
MAKING
1) Take a large saucepan and combine raisins, pears, celery, onion, salt, spices and brown sugar in it.
2) Add vinegar and simmer for about 45 minutes.
SERVING
3) Transfer to sterilized jars. Seal and store.
