Pear Relish Recipe
Ingredients
| Pears | 2 Gallon | |
| Sweet peppers | 1 Dozen | |
| 1 doz. red hot peppers | ||
| 1 doz. med. onions | ||
| Vinegar | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Prepared mustard | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Celery seed | 2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Peel, quarter and core the pears.
Force the pears, peppers and onions through a food chopper.
Combine all the ingredients in a large kettle and cook for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Fill the jars and seal.
