Pear Ginger Waldorf Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 cups chopped pears (unpeeled) | ||
| Celery | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Pecans | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Raisins | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Mayonnaise | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (DRESSING) | |
| Lemon juice | 3 Tablespoon (DRESSING) | |
| 1/4 cup finely chopped crystallized ginger | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
In salad bowl, combine pears, celery, pecans and raisins.
Dressing: Mix together mayonnaise, lemon juice and ginger; season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour over salad and toss well. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 8 hours.
