 2 cups chopped pears (unpeeled)
 Celery1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Pecans1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Raisins1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Mayonnaise1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (DRESSING)
 Lemon juice3 Tablespoon (DRESSING)
 1/4 cup finely chopped crystallized ginger
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

In salad bowl, combine pears, celery, pecans and raisins.
Dressing: Mix together mayonnaise, lemon juice and ginger; season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour over salad and toss well. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 8 hours.
