Pear Crisp Recipe
Ingredients
| Cinnamon | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon rind-1 teaspoon | ||
| Pears-1 quart-raw sliced | ||
| Flour | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Oleo | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
MAKING
2. In a large pan, place the cinnamon, water and lemon rind and mix well
3. In a large 1 1/2 quart casserole, place the pears
4. Mix the flour, sugar, salt and oleo
5. Sprinkle this mixture on top of the pears
6. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
SERVING
7. Serve warm or cold with ice cream
