Pear Crisp Recipe

When you have pears at home make this Pear Crisp recipe. This Pear Crisp is refreshing as well as mouth-watering. Prepare this great dish for tonight's meal

Ingredients

 
4 cups (960 ml) pears, sliced (peeled or unpeeled)
 
1/4 cup (60 ml) water
 
1/4 cup (60 ml) powdered skim milk
 
1/4 cup (60 ml) rolled oats
 
6 tbs (90 g) flour
 
2 tbs (30 ml) Jerusalem Artichoke Flour
 
1/2 cup (120 ml) brown sugar
 
1 tsp (5 ml) cinnamon
 
1/2 cup (120 ml) butter
 
1/4 tsp (1 ml) salt

Directions

Place sliced pears and water in a deep buttered baking dish.
Mix remaining ingredients with a fork and spread over the pears.
Bake at 350°F (180°C) until pears are tender and the crust is brown, about 30 minutes.
