Pear Bars Recipe

Ingredients
16 oz. pears in juice
2 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup granulated sugar replacement
1/3 cup granulated fructose
2 tsp baking soda
2 eggs
1/4 cup margarine, softened
Directions
Drain juice from pears into a large mixing bowl; reserve juice.
Cut pears into chunks, and place into bowl with juice.
Add flour, sugar replacement, fructose, baking soda, eggs, and margarine.
Beat well, at least 2 minutes.
Pour batter into a greased 13 x 9 in. (33 x 23 cm) baking pan.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
