Pear and Apple Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Water | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Whole Cloves | 5 | |
| Cinnamon sticks | 2 | |
| 4 small Mcintosh apples, peeled and thinly sliced | ||
| 2 pears, peeled and thinly sliced | ||
Directions
In a medium saucepan, combine the water, sugar, cloves, and cinnamon sticks.
Bring to a boil over medium heat.
Add the apples and pears.
Simmer for 20 to 30 minutes, or until a chunky sauce forms.
Remove and discard the cloves and cinnamon sticks.
