Peanutty Chocolate Cake Recipe
Ingredients
1 package (18 ounces) yellow cake mix
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
4 large, eggs
3/4 cup water
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 cup chopped unsalted peanuts, divided
1 cup chocolate chips, divided
Caramel Glaze
Directions
Combine cake mix, peanut butter, eggs, water, and oil in a large bowl.
Beat on medium speed for 3 minutes.
Pour one-third of the batter into a 12-cup micro proof bundt pan.
Sprinkle 1/3 cup each of the peanuts and chocolate chips over the batter.
Pour another one-third of the batter carefully over pea-nuts and chocolate chips.
Sprinkle another 1/3 cup each of the peanuts and chocolate chips over the batter.
Repeat with remaining batter, peanuts and chocolate chips.
Cook on 70, 17 to 18 minutes.
Let stand 10 minutes.
Invert onto serving platter.
Spoon warm Caramel Glaze over cake and let cool completely.
