Peanutty Squares Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/2 cup light corn syrup or honey | ||
| Sugar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Creamy peanut butter | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 6 cups Corn Chex or Rice Chex cereal | ||
| 1/2 cup salted cocktail peanuts (optional) | ||
Directions
1. Butter a 9- or 8-inch square pan.
2. Place corn syrup and sugar in a 3-quart saucepan and heat just to boiling over medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat.
3. Stir in peanut butter. Gently stir in cereal and peanuts until evenly coated.
