Peanutty Double Chip Cookies Recipe
Peanutty Double Chip Cookies! Yummy! Isnt your mouth watering? These yummy cookies will definitely be a winner at the next birthday party you host. I served the Peanutty Double Chip Cookies last week for my family. Needless to say, my husband loved it!
Ingredients
| Butter/Margarine | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), softened | |
| 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar | ||
| Granulated Sugar | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 2 | |
| Baking soda | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Vanilla | 1 Teaspoon | |
| All purpose flour | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Chunky peanut butter | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Semi-sweet chocolate chocolate chips | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Peanut butter chips | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Lightly grease cookie sheets or line with parchment paper.
Cream butter and sugars in large bowl until blended.
Add eggs, baking soda and vanilla; beat until light.
Blend in flour and peanut butter until dough is stiff and smooth.
Stir in chocolate and peanut butter chips.
Drop dough by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto prepared cookie sheets.
Press cookies down with tines of fork to flatten slightly.
Bake 12 minutes or until just barely done.
Do not overbake.
Remove to wire racks to cool.
