5 graham crackers, broken into squares
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup light corn syrup
1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup dry roasted peanuts
Directions
Line bottom of 8-inch square pan with graham cracker squares, cutting to fit as necessary.
Combine sugar and corn syrup in 2-quart micro-proof bowl.
Microwave at HIGH (100%), stirring every 2 minutes, until mixture boils; boil 3 minutes.
Stir in chocolate chips, peanut butter and peanuts.
Pour over crackers; spread carefully.
Cover; refrigerate until firm.
Cut into 2-inch squares.
