Directions

Toss cabbage and celery together.
Chill covered.
Mix cream and soy mayonnaise, salt, onion and cucumber, green and red pepper and chill.
In a small pan heat butter, add peanuts and heat until lightly brown.
Stir in cheese at once.
Just before serving the salad, toss all together in mayonnaise and cream mixture and sprinkle the hot peanuts on top.
If you are in a hurry use the peanuts as they come out of the packet, but they are better hot.
