Peanut-Raisin Crisps Recipe

| Chopped salted peanuts | 1 Cup (16 tbs) |

Directions
Pour boiling water over raisins and let stand 5 minutes.
Drain well and dry on paper towelling.
Beat butter or margarine, sugar, brown sugar, vanilla and eggs together until fluffy.
Sift flour, soda and salt together into creamed mixture.
Add raisins and peanuts and blend well.
Shape into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter) and put on ungreased cookie sheet.
Flatten slightly with the tines of a fork.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
