1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup butter
2 cups brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoons soda
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups quick cooking rolled oats
1/2 cup finely chopped peanuts
Directions
Cream first 5 ingredients thoroughly.
Combine dry ingredients and add, mixing well.
Stir in oats and nuts.
Shape into rolls, wrap in waxed paper and refrigerate overnight.
Slice thin and bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350° for about 15 minutes.
