Peanut Noodles With Red Bell Pepper And Shredded Chicken Recipe Video

This dish is too good to be so easy, and the truth is, there really isn't any cooking involved (other than cooking up your soba noodles...but does that really count?). It's more of an assembly than anything else, all you have to do is mix and serve. And be sure not to skimp out on the garnish, the salty peanuts combined with the spice of the red pepper and the cilantro is unbeatable!!
