| Light corn syrup | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) | |
| Soft butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Vanilla | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1⁄8 Teaspoon | |
| Peanuts | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Flaked coconut | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Unbaked pie shell | 9 Inch |
Directions
Combine all ingredients except pie shell.
Mix well and turn into pie shell.
Bake in a moderately hot oven (375° F) 35 to 45 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
Makes one 9-inch pie.
