Peanut Clusters Recipe
Awesome!!!! This recipe of Peanut Clusters is just out of this world. It is a Canadian kitchen invention. It is an ideal Dessert. Trust me, once you taste this Peanut Clusters you are bound to prepare it again!
Ingredients
8 ounces seraisweet chocolate
8 ounces roasted shelled peanuts
Directions
Melt chocolate in bowl over hot water.
Remove from heat, cool slightly and stir in peanuts.
Spread sheet of waxed paper on cookie sheet, and drop teaspoonfuls of chocolate-peanut mixture onto sheet.
Place cookie sheet in refrigerator overnight to chill thoroughly.
