Peanut Butter Pie Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 cup peanut butter, softened
3/4 cup confectioners' sugar
1 baked (9 inch) pie shell
1 (3-ounce) package vanilla instant pudding mix
1 3/4 cups milk
Whipped topping
Directions
Blend the peanut butter and confectioners' sugar together.
Spread all but 2 tablespoons of the mixture in the pie shell.
Blend the pudding mix and milk in a bowl.
Pour the pudding mixture over the peanut butter layer.
Spread with whipped topping.
Dot with the reserved peanut butter mixture and garnish with a sprinkle of additional confectioners' sugar.
Chill, covered, for at least 2 hours
