Directions

In medium saucepan, combine brown sugar, milk, corn syrup, and butter.
Cook and stir over medium heat till sugar dissolves and butter melts; remove from heat.
Add peanut butter; beat smooth with rotary beater; cool.
In parfait glasses, alternate layers of vanilla ice cream and peanut butter sauce, beginning and ending with ice cream.
Garnish parfaits with peanuts or crushed peanut brittle, if desired.
