| Vanilla ice cream | 2 Tablespoon, 1 scoop | |
| Peanuts | 1 Tablespoon |

Directions
Cook over medium heat until sugar dissolves and butter melts, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat; add peanut butter.
Beat with rotary beater or mixer until smooth; cool.
Alternate layers of peanut butter sauce and ice cream in parfait glasses, beginning and ending with ice cream.
Top with peanuts.
