Directions
Remove remaining white membrane.
Slice oranges 1/4 inch thick; reserve several orange slices.
Dice remaining orange slices coarsely.
Blend mayon- naise and peanut butter together until smooth.
Com- bine diced oranges, peanuts, celery and banana slices; add peanut butter mixture.
Toss lightly.
Serve on crisp greens; garnish with reserved orange slices.
