Peanut Butter Loaf Recipe
Ingredients
| Salted peanuts | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Soft light brown sugar | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Peanut butter | 5 Tablespoon | |
| Rising flour | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1 Pinch | |
| Egg | 1 Small | |
| Milk | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) |
Directions
Chop the peanuts coarsely and put to one side.
Cream the sugar and peanut butter until light and flurry .
Add the flour and salt, and mix until just blended.
With the machine running, gradually add the egg and milk through the feeder tube, and mix to a soft dough.
Stir in the peanuts.
Put the mixture in a greased 8 1/2 X 4 1/2 X 2 1/2-inch pan and bakeat375 ° F for 45 minutes.
Turn out and cool on a wire rack.
Serve sliced and buttered.
