Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge Recipe
This peanut butter fudge recipe is a delcious and sweet fudge recipe that is especially loved by kids in my family. Prepared with the double delight of peanut butter and chocolate, the peanut butter fudge is flavored with marshmallow crème and vanilla.
Ingredients
| Margarine or butter | ||
| Sugar | 4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Milk | 1 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 12 ounce package semisweet chocolate pieces | ||
| Creamy peanut butter | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 7 ounce jar marshmallow creme | ||
| Peanuts | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Vanilla | 2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Butter a 13x9x2 inch baking pan and the sides of a heavy 3 quart saucepan; set baking pan aside.
In saucepan combine sugar and milk.
Cook and stir over medium heat till sugar dissolves and mixture comes to boiling.
Cook without stirring to soft ball stage (234°).
Remove from heat.
Stir in chocolate pieces, peanut butter, and margarine or butter till well combined.
Stir in marshmallow creme, peanuts, and vanilla till well combined.
Pour into buttered 13x9x2 inch baking pan.
Score in squares while warm; cut when firm.
Store in refrigerator.
