Peanut Butter Frosts Recipe

|Baking soda||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Peanut butter||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Peanut butter frosting|
|Chopped peanuts||1 Tablespoon|

Add butter, peanut butter, and egg; stir until thoroughly blended.
(Mixture will be crumbly.) Press into a greased 9-inch square pan.
Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes or until the edges begin to pull away from sides of pan.
(Center will be soft.) Cool completely.
Top with Peanut Butter Frosting; sprinkle with chopped peanuts, if desired.
Cut into 3- x 1 1/2-inch bars.
