Peanut Butter Dressing Recipe
Ingredients
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp: sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
Dash of cayenne.
1 egg
1 cup evaporated milk
2 tbsp. peanut butter.
1/4 cup vinegar
Directions
Blend together rflour, sugar, salt mustard, and cayenne, add egg and mix well.
Add milk and rcook in, double boiler oyer hot water until mixture begins To thicken, stirrng constantly.
Remove from heat, stir in peanut butter, add vinegar gradually.
Dressing may be thinned to desired consistency with milk.
