Peanut Butter Crunch Recipe
Ingredients
| Sugar | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Evaporated milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Butter | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 c. crunchy peanut butter | ||
| 2 c. quick-cooking oats | ||
| Miniature marshmallows | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vanilla | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Bring sugar, milk, butter and peanut butter to a boil over medium heat in saucepan.
Boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat; add oats marshmallows and vanilla.
Stir until blended and slightly thickened.
Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper.
Let cool.
