Peanut Butter Chippers Recipe
Ingredients
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
2 cups crushed whole wheat flake cereal
1 package (6 ounces) semisweet chocolate pieces
Directions
Heat oven to 350°.
Mix milk and peanut butter until smooth.
Stir in cereal and chocolate pieces.
Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheet.
Bake until light brown, 10 to 12 minutes.
Remove immediately from baking sheet; cool.
(Can be served immediately.) Wrap, label and freeze.
20 minutes before serving, remove Peanut Butter Chippers from freezer and unwrap.
Place on serving plate; thaw uncovered at room temperature.
