Peanut Butter Bread Recipe

| Baking powder | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Peanut butter | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 2 | |
| Milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Grated lemon rind | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salted peanuts | 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) | |
| Melted butter/Corn syrup | 1 Tablespoon |

Directions
Rub in peanut butter until mixture/is crumbly.
Combine eggs, milk and lemon rind, and stir quickly into » flour mixture.
Scrape into greased 9" x 5" x 3" loaf pan.
Sprinkle with peanuts.
Bake at 325° 350 °F. 50-60 minutes.
While still hot, brush top with melted butter.
Cool, and remove from pan.
Slice second day.
Makes 1 loaf.
