Peanut Butter Bread Recipe

|Granulated sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1 Tablespoon|
|Peanut butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Grated lemon rind||1 Teaspoon|
|Salted peanuts||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Melted butter/Corn syrup||1 Tablespoon|

Rub in peanut butter until mixture/is crumbly.
Combine eggs, milk and lemon rind, and stir quickly into Ã‚Â» flour mixture.
Scrape into greased 9" x 5" x 3" loaf pan.
Sprinkle with peanuts.
Bake at 325Ã‚Â°Ã¢â‚¬â€ 350 Ã‚Â°F. 50-60 minutes.
While still hot, brush top with melted butter.
Cool, and remove from pan.
Slice second day.
Makes 1 loaf.
