Peanut Butter Bread Recipe
Ingredients
| All purpose flour | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Baking powder | 3 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Peanut butter | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 2 , beaten | |
| Milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 tsp. grated lemon rind | ||
| Salted peanuts | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Melted butter | ||
Directions
Sift dry ingredients together; rub in peanut butter until mixture is crumbly.
Combine eggs, milk and lemon rind; add to flour mixture.
Pour into greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan; sprinkle with peanuts.
Bake for about 1 hour at 350 degrees.
Brush hot bread with melted butter.
Let set overnight; remove from pan and slice.
