Directions

Sift dry ingredients together.
Cut in shortening and peanut butter until mixture is like coarse cornmeal.
Add the milk and stir until a soft dough is formed.
Roll or pat on floured board to 1/2 inch thickness.
Cut with 1-inch round biscuit cutter and place on ungreased baking sheet Bake in hot (450° F.) oven 10-12 minutes.
Makes about 40 biscuits.
Split and serve with thin sliced baked ham.
