Homemade Peanut Butter Banana Muffins Recipe
These peanut butter banana muffins combines the pure delight of peanut butter with the fresh taste of ripe bananas. Mashed togther and baked and baked with rich brown suagr, these muffins have a rich and savory taste. Easy and tasty, I make these quite often.
Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour 500 mL
1/2 cup packed brown sugar 125 mL
l tbsp baking powder 15 mL
1/4 tsp salt lmL
1/2 cup peanut butter (chunkyor smooth) 125 mL
2 tbsp vegetable oil 25 mL
2 eggs
3/4 cup milk 175 mL
1 cup very ripe bananas (about 2 medium-size, mashed
Directions
In a large bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, baking powder and salt.
In another bowl, combine peanut butter, oil, eggs, milk and mashed bananas.
Add to flour mixture, stirring just until moistened and blended.
Spoon batter evenly into prepared muffin tin.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until done.
