Peanut Butter Banana Crunch Recipe
Peanut Butter Banana Crunch often finds a place in my party menu and it goes without saying that my peers just adore this yummy dessert. The Peanut Butter Banana Crunch is quite easy to bake too, just give it a try.
Ingredients
| Bananas | 4 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1/2 teas poon ground cinnamon | ||
| All purpose flour | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Packed brown sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Chunk style peanut butter | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Butter/Margarine | 3 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°.
Place sliced bananas in 8x1 1/2 inch round baking dish.
Add lemon juice and ground cinnamon, stirring lightly to coat fruit.
In small mixing bowl combine flour and brown sugar; cut in chunk style peanut butter and butter or margarine till mixture is crumbly.
Sprinkle peanut butter mixture over bananas.
Bake at 375° for 25 minutes.
Serve warm; top with dollops of whipped cream or whipped dessert topping, if desired.
