I'm going to build on this smoothie idea... We are a nut and dairy free house (DS has anaphylactic allergies), and are trying to get away from honey and sugar. Instead of peanut butter, I will use sunflower seed or pumkin seed butter. Instead of honey, maple syrup. Instead of yogourt, I'll try rice or coconut milk. Yum! Thanks for the inspiration! Do you grind your flax in the same mixer you use to grind coffee? Or do you have a separate one you use? Hope you don't mind me posting a link of your awesome video on my blog. :)
