9 Inch Peanut Brittle Pie Recipe

Ingredients
| Milk | 2 Cup (16 tbs), scalded | |
| Cornstarch | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 1 egg, slightly beaten | ||
| 2/3 cup finely crushed peanut brittle, divided | ||
| Vanilla | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 1 9-inch baked graham cracker pie shell | ||
Directions
Stir milk into combined cornstarch, sugar, salt and egg.
Add 1.3 cup peanut brittle.
Cook over hot water until thick, stirring frequently.
Cool and add vanilla.
Pour into pie shell.
Sprinkle remaining peanut brittle over top of pie and chill well before serving.
