Ingredients

 Peanut butter90 Milliliter
 Coconut75 Gram, crumbled
 Water300 Milliliter
 Lemon juice20 Milliliter
 Soft light brown sugar15 Milliliter
 Chilli powder5 Milliliter
 Tomato puree5 Milliliter
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), skinned
 Soy sauce10 Milliliter
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

1. Put all the ingredients into a medium ovenproof glass bowl and stir them together well.
2. Three-quarters cover the bowl with cling film and microwave on HIGH for 6-8 minutes until the sauce is boiling and thickened, stirring frequently.
3. Reduce the setting and microwave the sauce on LOW for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens, stirring two or three times during the cooking time. Serve hot.
