Peanut Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/2 cup soft tofu | ||
| 1/3 cup canned low-sodium chicken broth, undiluted | ||
| 1/4 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce | ||
| Balsamic vinegar | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Dry sherry | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Creamy peanut butter | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), chopped | |
| 1 tablespoon plus 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar | ||
| Ginger root | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Sesame oil | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Red pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon, crushed | |
Directions
Combine all ingredients in container of an electric blender or food processor, top with cover, and process until mixture is smooth
