Peanut Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| Onion | 1 , chopped | |
| Chilli sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Peanut butter | 5 Tablespoon | |
| Water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Yoghurt | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| black pepper | 1 |
Directions
Cook garlicand onion in a non-stick trypan until onion softens.
Add chilli sauce, peanut butter and water.
Mix well to combine and bring to a gentle boil.
Stir in yoghurt and season to taste with pepper.
