Peanut Sate Recipe
Peanut Sate has a great taste. The beef lovers should try Peanut Sate. Peanut Sate is an easy to make dish.
Ingredients
| 1 pound lean boneless beef sirloin | ||
| 1 small onion, cut up | ||
| Soy sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Lime juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Ground cumin | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Chicken broth | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Peanut butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Molasses | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Soy sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Red pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon, crushed | |
Directions
Cut beef into 1 //2 inch pieces.
Place in a plastic bag set in a deep bowl.
For marinade, in a blender container or food processor bowl place onion, the 2 tablespoons soy sauce, lime juice, sugar, cumin, and garlic.
Cover and blend or process till smooth.
Pour over meat in bag; close bag.
Marinate meat in the refrigerator for 4 hours, turning bag occasionally.
Drain meat, reserving marinade.
For sauce, in a saucepan stir broth into peanut butter.
Stir in molasses, the 1 teaspoon soy sauce, crushed red pepper, and garlic.
Cook and stir till heated through.
Keep warm.
Thread meat onto four 8 inch skewers.
Arrange on the unheated rack of a broiler pan.
Broil 3 to 4 inches from the heat for 7 to 9 minutes or to desired doneness, turning occasionally and brushing with marinade.
