Peanut Pork Sate Recipe
|French dressing||8 Ounce (1 Cup Sweet N Spicy French Or Lite)|
|Peanut butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dry sherry||1 Tablespoon|
|Soy sauce||2 Teaspoon|
|Red pepper||1 Teaspoon, crushed|
|Ginger piece||1 , peeled and cut into pieces (1 Inch)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Pork tenderloin||1 1⁄2 Pound, sliced diagonally into 1/4 inch strips|

In large shallow baking dish, blend 1/1 cup dressing mixture with water; add pork and turn to coat.
Cover and marinate in refrigerator, stirring occasionally, 4 hours or overnight.
Cover and refrigerate remaining dressing mixture for use as basting sauce.
Remove pork from marinade; discard marinade.
Onto 12-inch skewers thread pork strips, weaving back and forth.
Grill or broil, turning and basting occasionally with reserved dressing mixture, 12 minutes or until pork is done.
