Peanut Peach Cobbler Recipe

Ingredients
1/3 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 29-ounce can peach slices
1/2 roll refrigerated sugar cookie dough
Vanilla ice cream
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°.
In saucepan combine peanut butter, brown sugar, butter or margarine, and lemon juice.
Heat and stir till smooth.
Add undrained peaches, cutting up any large pieces.
Heat till bubbly, stirring frequently.
Meanwhile, cut cookie dough into 9 pieces.
Turn hot peach mixture into an 8x8x2-inch baking dish.
Immediately top with cookie dough pieces.
Bake in 400° oven 25 minutes or till golden.
