Peanut Orange Loaf Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 cups plain pancake mix | ||
| Sugar | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 2 , beaten | |
| 1/2 cup crunch-style peanut butter | ||
| Orange rind | 2 1/2 Teaspoon, grated | |
| Milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Measure pancake mix and sugar into a bowl.
Combine remaining ingredients beating well to smooth peanut butter with the mixture.
Pour into the dry ingredients and stir until blended.
Scrape into a greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan and bake at 350F for 45 to 55 minutes.
Cool and remove from pan.
Frost with orange glaze.
When cold wrap for 24 hours before slicing.
