Peanut Oat Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
| 1-1/4 cups butter-flavored shortening | ||
| Chunky peanut butter | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Packed brown sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 3 | |
| 4-1/2 cups old-fashioned oats | ||
| Baking soda | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Milk chocolate chips package | 1 | |
| Peanuts | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
Directions
In a mixing bowl, cream shortening, peanut butter and sugars.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Combine oats and baking soda; gradually add to creamed mixture.
Stir in chocolate chips and peanuts.
Drop by tablespoonfuls 2 in apart onto greased baking sheets.
Bake at 350° for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove to wire racks to cool.
