Ingredients
1 env. unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup skim milk
1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
3/4 cup unsalted peanuts, chopped
1/2 cup no-sugar wheat flakes
2 oz. dietetic chocolate coating
1/4 oz. paraffin wax
Directions
Soak gelatin in cold milk in saucepan, allow to soften for 5 minutes.
Add peanut butter.
Cook and stir over medium heat until peanut butter is melted and mixture is very hot.
Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
Stir in peanuts and wheat flakes.
Form into 28 fingerlike shapes.
Place on a plate and refrigerate until cool and set.
Melt chocolate coating and wax in small pan or bowl over simmering water.
Dip peanut fingers, one at a time.
Place on waxed paper to cool.
Add peanut butter.
