 Roasted salted peanuts1 To taste, rinsed
 Ripe Bananas-2-Peeled And Sliced
 Small Onion- 1/2 -Chopped
 Lemon-1-Juice And Grated Rind
 Tomato puree1 Tablespoon
 Honey Or Raw Cane Sugar-1/2 Teaspoon
 Natural yogurt3 Fluid Ounce
 Breadcrumbs3 Ounce
 Vegetable Margarine Or Butter-4 Oz (100 g)-Softened
 Sea salt To Taste
 Ground black pepper To Taste

Directions

GETTING READY
1. In a blender bowl, blend the peanuts to a paste
2. Set aside till required

MAKING
3. In another blender bowl, puree the bananas, onion, lemon juice and rind, tomato puree (paste), honey and yogurt
4. In another bowl, mix all the pastes together
5. Season the mix

FINALIZING
6. Spoon the mixture into individual serving bowls
7. Set aside to chill for 1 hour.

SERVING
8. Serve with crackers or celery
9. Serve as a spread for toasted pita triangles
